More than 1,200 exhibitors from 44 countries have already announced their participation: HostMilano is more than just a trade fair. It is without doubt one of the most important events for the entire hotel, gastronomy and food industry worldwide. Every two years, the latest products and innovations in terms of equipment, raw materials and utensils are presented at HostMilano. Always the focus: technological developments. The fair also promises innovative and sophisticated events with top chefs and experts from the world of coffee and pâtisserie.
From 13 to 17 October 2023, the gates of the exhibition centre will open once again to welcome gastronomy enthusiasts from all over the world. The USA is one of the most strongly represented non-European nations. In addition, there is a traditionally strong presence of European manufacturers, especially from Italy, Germany, Spain, France, Turkey, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. We will be there for the first time with our International Sales Team: You will find us in Hall 9, Stand Q04.
The focus of this year's fair is on sustainability, digital transformation and innovation. We are excited about our first international trade fair and look forward to many new impressions and impulses.
