What is the recipe for a perfect guest experience? Every host caters to different needs, and every environment is different – the ingredients for a successful performance come from individual service. Nothing should be left to chance – from arrival to departure, entrée to digestif. Since 1969, we have been playing our part in guaranteeing successful service, refining ideas with more than 50 years of industry expertise under our belt. Today, WAS Germany customers around the world rely on the service expertise of our family-owned company, which we are now leading into its second generation.

We are based in Rosengarten near Hamburg, right at the gateway to this Hanseatic city and with the world on our doorstep. Our state-of-the-art warehouse and logistics centre holds a comprehensive range comprising more than 7,000 items, and we are constantly enhancing the range of products we have on offer. Thanks to our innovative warehouse management system, we are able to ensure rapid availability and timely delivery – to every corner of the globe, à la carte.
